Led by a Certified Personal Trainer, this program builds endurance, strength and send your confidence sky-high. You will also find it much easier to stay consistent and reach your full potential by training in a team environment.

A single class can burn anywhere from 600-1200 calories depending on intensity. Fat melts, muscles get toned and your reflexes and determination achieve levels you never experienced before.

Classes are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings 5:30, 6:30am, 9:30am, and 10:30am.
